Refund & Return Policy

Applies to orders placed with ONEPAGE PUBLISHING SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601039545 (1701640-W))

This policy explains how ONEPAGE PUBLISHING SDN. BHD. handles cancellations, returns and refunds for digital downloads, subscriptions, licences and print-on-demand books. Digital products are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so they are treated differently from physical books.

01 How Orders Are Confirmed

An order placed through the cart and checkout on this website is paid online and is confirmed by ONEPAGE PUBLISHING once payment succeeds. Digital products are then delivered by download link, email or subscriber portal as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If we cannot deliver an order, we will contact you by email or phone and refund the amount paid.

02 Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel or amend an order at no cost before it has been delivered or, for a print-on-demand book, before it has gone into production. Because digital products are delivered promptly after payment, cancellation after the download link or access has been sent is treated under Clause 3 or Clause 4.

03 Digital Downloads & Publications

E-books, guides, audiobooks, reports, libraries and other downloadable publications are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, because the file cannot be returned. We will, however, refund or replace a digital product where: the file is faulty, corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to supply a working copy; the file could not be delivered to you; you were charged twice or bought the same title in error and have not downloaded or accessed it; or the product delivered is materially different from its description on the product page.

04 Subscriptions, Licences & Seats

Magazine runs, newsletters, content passes, editorial licence packs and team library seats are access-based products. If you cannot obtain the access you paid for — for example the subscriber portal, issues or newsletters do not arrive and we cannot fix the problem — contact us and we will correct it or refund the affected portion. Once access has been provided and used, change-of-mind refunds are not available for the access period or licence term already supplied. Licence terms, access periods and the number of issues, articles or seats are stated on each product page.

05 Print-on-Demand Books

Print-on-demand books (product codes beginning POD) are printed for your order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If a book arrives misprinted, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the book and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, a store credit, or a refund at our discretion, at no cost to you.

06 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email onepagepublishing@outlook.com or call +6017-617 6482 with your order reference, the product code(s) involved, and the reason for the request (for a faulty file, please say what happens when you try to open it). We will confirm whether the request is eligible and what we will do next, for example sending a replacement link.

07 Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, or by bank transfer where more practical, within 7–14 business days of the refund being approved.

08 Business & Team Licences

Business, team and commercial licences are subject to the same principles above, with any adjustment for a partly used licence term agreed individually between ONEPAGE PUBLISHING and the licensee at the time of the request.

09 Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to refund digital products for change of mind after delivery or access, for titles that do not suit your needs but are as described, for licences or subscriptions where the access period has been supplied, for orders without a valid order reference, or for requests made outside the timeframes in this policy, except where required by Malaysian consumer protection law.
