This policy explains how ONEPAGE PUBLISHING SDN. BHD. delivers what you buy. Digital products are delivered online, instantly after payment confirmation; only our three print-on-demand books are shipped as physical goods.

01 Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered by download link, email or subscriber portal as soon as your payment is confirmed. Delivery goes to the email address you gave at checkout, so please check it carefully. No shipping charge applies to digital products.

02 Delivery Method by Product

The delivery method is shown on each product page. E-books, guides, reports, audiobooks and downloadable libraries are delivered as secure digital downloads; magazines are delivered by digital issue delivery; newsletters by email with a subscriber download archive; and content passes, team library licences and the editorial licence pack by secure subscriber portal or secure digital delivery. Subscription issues and newsletters arrive across the access period stated on the product page.

03 If You Have Not Received Your Files

If your email has not arrived shortly after payment, check your spam or junk folder and the email address you entered. If it is still missing, contact us with your order reference and we will re-send your link or access. Download links and portal access are for the purchaser only.

04 Print-on-Demand Books

Only the three print-on-demand titles (product codes beginning POD) are physical products. Each book is printed after your order is placed and shipped to the delivery address you give at checkout. We deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia; delivery to more remote areas of Sabah and Sarawak may involve a longer transit time and a higher delivery charge, which we will disclose before confirming your order.

05 Production & Dispatch Time

Print-on-demand orders are produced and dispatched once payment is confirmed, typically within 1–3 business days. A three-book set may take longer to produce, and we will advise an expected dispatch date when we confirm your order.

06 How Delivery Is Quoted

There is no fixed shipping rate calculated automatically on this website. For print-on-demand books, we confirm the delivery charge together with your order before the book is dispatched. No delivery charge applies to digital products.

07 Couriers & Tracking

We use established Malaysian courier partners for print-on-demand books. Where the courier provides tracking, we will share the tracking number and courier details with you by email or phone once your order has been dispatched.

08 Damaged or Misprinted Books

Please check a print-on-demand book when it arrives. If it is damaged in transit or misprinted, refer to our Refund & Return Policy and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.

09 Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including email or hosting disruptions, printing delays, courier disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
