01 About ONEPAGE PUBLISHING

ONEPAGE PUBLISHING SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601039545 (1701640-W)) conducts the business of creation, publishing, licensing, online sale and distribution of e-books, digital publications, magazines, newsletters, audiobooks, guides, reports, editorial content, educational publications, print-on-demand books, downloadable publications, subscription content, intellectual property and related publishing products through e-commerce and digital platforms, registered in Malaysia with its registered address at 2-3, Jalan USJ 9/5N, 47620 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

02 Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, to place an order with us. Business, team and commercial licences must be ordered by a person authorized to act on behalf of the licensee business or organisation.

03 Product Information & Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products, formats, page counts, included content and licence terms accurately. Page counts and sizes shown as “approximate” may vary. All prices on this website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) per listing — for example per licence, per run of issues, per book set or per number of seats — and exclude any delivery charge for print-on-demand books, which is quoted separately. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error.

04 Cart, Checkout & Order Acceptance

Submitting the checkout form takes you to our payment provider to pay for your order. A successful payment is a request to order: the order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we deliver the digital product or put the print-on-demand book into production. If we cannot fulfil an order, the amount paid will be refunded.

05 Payment

Orders placed through this website are paid online in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by FPX online banking, e-wallet or card; we do not see or store your card or bank login details. The amount charged is the total of the products in your cart; any delivery charge for print-on-demand books is confirmed separately by our team. Digital products are delivered, and print-on-demand books are produced, once payment has been received.

06 Delivery & Access

Digital products are delivered, and print-on-demand books are shipped, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timeframes given for printed books are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and for keeping your download links and portal access private.

07 Refunds

Refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, subject to that policy.

08 Licences & Permitted Use

Every title is licensed, not sold outright. The licence for each product is stated on its product page and may be a single-user personal-use licence, a single-user educational-use licence, a single-business or single-subscriber internal-use licence, a subscription licence, a commercial-use licence for one business and specified channels, or access for a stated number of named users (seats). You may use a title only as its licence allows, for the access period stated, and for informational, learning or internal reference purposes unless the licence says otherwise. Print-on-demand books are for the personal use of the purchaser.

09 Restrictions

Unless your licence expressly allows it, you must not resell, redistribute, share, lend, publish, upload or sublicense any title or part of it, including by making files or portal access available to people who are not licensed users. For the commercial editorial content licence, reuse is limited to the selected content, the agreed channels and the licence term, and sublicensing is not permitted. Copying or reselling the printed books is not permitted. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

10 Subscriptions, Terms & Seats

Magazine runs, newsletters, passes, editorial licences and team library licences are provided for the access period or number of issues, articles or seats stated on the product page. Access ends when that term ends unless you renew by placing a new order. Seat-based licences are for named users within the licensee organisation, for internal reference and learning use unless otherwise stated.

11 Informational Content Only

Our publications are for general information, education and planning only. They are not financial, investment, tax, medical, nutritional, dietary, legal or other professional advice, and nothing in them (including titles such as the Personal Finance Basics E-Book and the Healthy Meal Planning Recipe Guide) creates an adviser-client relationship. Market, research and trend reports reflect the information available when they were produced. You are responsible for decisions you make, and should seek qualified professional advice for your own circumstances.

12 Copyright & Intellectual Property

The ONEPAGE PUBLISHING name, logo, titles, text, images, audio, templates and website content, and the copyright and other intellectual property in them, remain the property of ONEPAGE PUBLISHING SDN. BHD. or its licensors. A purchase gives you a licence to use the title as described above and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Content may not be reproduced or used beyond your licence without our prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ONEPAGE PUBLISHING SDN. BHD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of our publications, or from a delayed or incorrect order, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
